The International Court of Arbitration at the BCCI (MAS) was established April 12, 1994, pursuant to the Republic of Belarus adopted international obligations as a prerequisite the implementation of foreign economic activity. MAS is a member of the European Group of arbitration courts, is a worldwide system of international arbitration (arbitration) courts, which are now considering the vast majority of international and large part of domestic economic disputes. In accordance with Art. 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On international arbitration (arbitration) court" on July 9, 1999 at the BCCI MAC addresses not only the international economic disputes (in which at least one party is foreign), but internal, in which both sides - the Belarusian subjects management.
